Farmhouse Additions

Chevy Chase, Maryland

Work includes additions and renovations to enlarge and update a 1920's farmhouse. The main entrance is rotated 180 degrees to face the new street created when the farm was subdivided in the 1960's. A wrap-around porch leads to the new front door, and a T-shaped hallway connects first floor living spaces and the new stair. The second floor contains a new primary suite and study, two existing bedrooms, and an existing bath.
